Nokia 2.3 is a pocket-friendly smartphone from the HMD Global. The handset made its debut on the internet a few days ago and is up for preorder in Russia. A Few days ago at a press conference, the company CEO revealed the Nokia 2.3 smartphone in India. And just after a few days the under budget handset is already up for preorder starting in Russia.
In Russia, Nokia 2.3 was seen as listed on the local Nokia website. The handset has its price set at RUB 7,990, which is equivalent to $125. Buyers will be able to choose between three color schemes – Cyan Green, Sand, and Charcoal. While the website listing just specifies the estimated delivery time for different areas of the country. But it doesn’t say anything about the actual dispatch date of the product.

In terms of design, it is clad in a 3D texture with nano-coating and aluminum chassis. It features a huge 6.1-inch screen with an HD+ resolution of 720p with a selfie notch on the top.
The processing powerhouse of the device is MediaTek Helio A22 chipset which is coupled with 2 GB RAM. Additionally, Nokia 2.3 packs 32 GB onboard storage with an option to extend it up to 400 GB via MicroSD card.
In the photography section, it got a dual-camera setup on the back. The dual camera consists of a 13 megapixels camera and a 2 megapixels depth camera along with a bright LED flashlight.
On the front, it offers a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The highlighted feature of the Nokia 2.3’s camera is its portrait mode which comes with several different bokeh effects.
Connectivity-wise it got Bluetooth 5.0, LTE, FM Radio, Dual Sim Card support, and 3.5mm audio jack. To supply the fuel to the parts of the smartphone, it has a huge 4000 mAh cell with a 5W charging adaptor.
As per the company testing claims, Nokia 2.3 can survive for 2 days with Google’s Android 9’s ‘Adaptive Battery’ feature. Nokia 2.3 smartphones manufactured under Google Android One program tag, so technically users will be getting Android 9 OS out of the box and will also be able to update to Android 10 in the future.
